C1. ** RED CURRY
Red curry is a popular Thai dish consisting of curry paste, garlic , shallots, red chili peppers, with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, green peppers,green beans, broccoli, carrot and Thai basil leaves.

C2.** GREEN CURRY
Green curry is made by pounding in a mortar green chilies, shallots, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime peel, roasted coriander and cumin seeds, white peppercorns and salt. Consist of coconut milk, bamboo shoots, green peppers, string beans, broccoli and Thai basil leaves.

C3.* MASSAMAN CURRY
The flavoring of Massaman curry is contains coconut milk, roasted peanuts, potatoes, bay leaves cinnamon, star anise, palm sugar, fish sauce, onions, green peppers and carrots.
